A couple of features that pay off once you know they're there.

Skip the retyping: paste-detection

BandBinder never fetches lyrics or chords from anywhere - it doesn't scrape Ultimate Guitar, Genius, or any other site. What it does do is clean up text you've already copied yourself.

Copy a chart from Ultimate Guitar, Genius, an OnSong export, or any ChordPro source, then open a new song in BandBinder (or switch back to one you already had open). If that chart's body is still empty, BandBinder checks your clipboard, recognizes the format, and converts it into a proper ChordPro chart automatically - no menu, no import step.

• Ultimate Guitar chords-over-lyrics text becomes chords placed over the right words.
• Genius lyrics with section tags ([Verse], [Chorus]) become ChordPro sections.
• OnSong and ChordPro text convert directly.

A small status chip reports what happened, with an Undo and a way to pick a different format if the guess was wrong. It only ever fills an empty chart on a new song - your existing charts are never touched, and nothing is fetched on your behalf.

A keyboard for every control

BandBinder is built keyboard-first. Anywhere you see a button, icon, or chip, hover it - if it has a shortcut, the tooltip names it, in the form Description (Key). You never have to hunt for a shortcut list: the control that does the thing tells you how to do it without the mouse.

Start with Keyboard shortcuts for the app-wide basics (Esc, Ctrl + Enter, ?), then let tooltips teach you the rest as you go - Chart View, Performance Mode, and Band Hub each have their own set, all discoverable the same way.
